It is so hard to believe that we are now entering February 2010!!  We are very excited about all of the progress our students have made so far in this quarter.  Please remember that we will be closed on Monday, February 15 for a Teacher Work Day. 

We will also be having our annual Valentine's Day Parties.  The class parties will be on Friday, February 12 at 3:00p.m.  There are twelve students in each classroom and your student's teacher should be sending home a name list for their class.  Please remember to check for the sign up sheet outside of your child's classroom if you would like to bring treats.  We always love for parents to be involved, so please feel free to join in on the party.

February is also Children's Dental Health month.  We will be having a presentation from a local Dentist office on Monday, February 1.  They will talk to the student's about proper dental hygiene.

Please remember that if USD 437(Auburn-Washburn) or USD 450(Shawnee Heights) are closed due to weather, we will also be closed. 

Boomer and the library lady will be here on Monday, February 8 and Tuesday, February 16.  They will be here to share stories and do activities with each class.
